Our servie technician and lead installer, Ray recently visited the fine folks at Hope Chapel in Eugene, OR.  Shop Vac and tool box in hand Ray cleaned out the amps, checked the audio and video systems, and made some minor repairs and adjustments.

Here’s what Hope Chapel’s senior technician Susan Larson expressed in a recent email of thanks to Kyle:

Hi Kyle,

Thanks for your note. Ray was great, as always, as is everyone on your staff. We appreciate you more than you know! We are just a small group of people who are trying to share Jesus with our community, and our media needs are pretty simple compared to many you work with. Even so, I always appreciate the time and attention we receive from AGI.

Ray’s review of our system was helpful. He was thorough and I learned a few things! I also appreciated the summary he did as we completed the review. We do want to look into possibilities for a new projection system so I will be in touch with Enoch to set something up.
